Employee Stock Ownership Plan
At Wawa, we offer you the chance to take stock in your future – literally! With our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), associates can benefit from the positive impact they have on our growth. As of today, approximately 13,000 Wawa associates participate in our ESOP and collectively have more than a 40% ownership stake in the company.

Education Assistance Program
Wawa offers the education assistance benefit to eligible associates working towards obtaining a GED from an accredited high school, an Associate's, Bachelor’s or Graduate degree from an accredited college or university. Through our reimbursement program, eligible associates can receive $5,250 towards an undergraduate degree in a calendar year. General Managers and Corporate Associates are potentially eligible for reimbursement leading to a graduate degree and can receive up to $8,000 in a calendar year.
Wawa associates have access to a network of 220 colleges and universities that offer multiple benefits, including tuition reduction, as well as discounted or waived fees.

Multi-Unit Store Leadership & Beyond
Within our markets, we have Area Supervisors, Area Managers and Regional Directors who lead our business at the multi-unit level. As Wawa continues to expand, our need for multi-unit managers will increase. Associates can further their careers in field support and corporate positions, as needs arise.
